Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Scribe ("the Service"), operated by Aramagio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Scribe is an AI-powered report generation platform. The Service allows users to generate text reports and video analysis reports using artificial intelligence. Reports are delivered via the web interface, email, or PDF download. The Service may use third-party AI models and APIs to generate content.

3. User Accounts

You may use the Service as a guest (pay-per-report) or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed via PayPal. Plan subscriptions are billed as one-time monthly purchases (not recurring subscriptions). Report credits expire at the end of your billing period. Video report pricing is calculated dynamically based on transcript length and selected options. All prices are in USD.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are provided for generated reports, as AI generation costs are incurred at the time of generation. If a report fails to generate due to a system error, your report credit will be automatically restored. For plan purchases, no partial refunds are given for unused credits.

6. User Content & Generated Reports

You retain ownership of your prompts and any original content you provide. Reports generated by the Service are provided for your personal or business use. You may share, publish, or redistribute generated reports. We do not claim ownership of generated reports. However, similar prompts from different users may produce similar content.

7. Acceptable Use & Abuse Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to: generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination; create misleading content intended to deceive or defraud; generate content that infringes on third-party copyrights or trademarks; attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate the underlying AI models; use automated tools to scrape or bulk-generate reports; generate content involving minors in any harmful context; use the Service for any illegal purpose. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Reports are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated content. Reports should not be used as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions. Video analysis reports are based on transcript data and may not capture visual content, tone, or context not present in the spoken words.

9. Intellectual Property

The Scribe platform, including its design, code, branding, and features, is the property of Aramagio. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service itself. The SVG infographic style, report formatting system, and video analysis pipeline are proprietary features.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Aramagio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected abuse, or at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your report library data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
